HR Generalist

SSC HR Generalist will be responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations, administration of the policies, procedures and programmes of the organisation within PageSSC Client Details Page Group Shared Service Centre. Description * Providing advice and support to SSC employees, managers and reporting when required.

* Ensuring compliance with employment laws & security and health plans, company procedures, best practice and legislative requirements.

* Assisting in dealing with organisational issues, developing solutions and implementing action plans in the SSC.

* Preparing HR communications to employees, managers and stakeholders.

* Supporting the implementation of HR policies

* Assisting in training activities for the SSC employees.

* Providing support for corporate social responsibility and well being initiatives.

* Assisting in SSC recruitment, hiring processes and on-boarding.

* Supporting international employees with their foreign country and settling-down queries.

* Documenting all activities and changes within appropriate systems timely and accurately Profile * Minimum of 5/7 years of experience in a similar position with international exposure.

* Experience in an international/SSC environment and local labour law knowledge will be asset..

* Ideally bachelor's degree in Labour Relations, Business Administration/Finance or equivalent



* Fluency in English and any other European languages will be asset.

* Good level of MS Office programmes (excel, power point etc.), Navision Dynamics will be a plus.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.

* Accuracy, attention to detail and excellent quality management skills are required in this role includes good people skills - this can include managing regional client, employee and supplier relationships.

* Positive "Can do" attitude, proactivity and ability to work in a team environment.

* Ability to work with multiple clients in a professional and constructive manner.

* Highly organised, excellent multi-tasking skills and results driven.
