Multinational manufacturing company is looking for a Talent acquisition executive for the HR department. Detalles del cliente Multinational manufacturing company located in Madrid is looking for a Talent acquisition executive for the HR department. Descripción de la oferta The chosen candidate will have the following responsabilities:



* Screening CVs and conducting interviews as initial assessment



* Setting up interviews with hiring managers



* Providing feedback to hiring managers and also gathering feedback from interviewers



* Preparing the proposed offer for internal approvals



* Offer management with the candidates



* Developing and utilizing direct sourcing channels for cost reduction



* Vendor management and development



* Preparing and sending onboarding documentation



* Managing onboarding documents and related preparation procedures liaising with relevant stakeholders



* Guiding hiring managers with recruitment initiation process in the system



* Notifying the relevant departments assistants on the new joiners details in timely manner



* Assist or lead in ad-hoc projects, either local or regional Perfil del candidato The chosen candidate should have the following skills:



* 4 years of recruitment experience (either in-house or agency)

* Excellent stakeholder management

* Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, both spoken and written

* Driven, motivated, team work attitude

* Able to work in a fast pace environment

* Experience in recruiting for a wide variety of different positions across multiple functional areas is highly preferred

* Experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously is required

* Expertise and experience in Attraction Activities, Assessment



* Knowledge and experience in HR recruiting processes and practices (i.e., compensation, employment laws, interviewing skills, sourcing strategies)



* Knowledge of social networks and technology trends; Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer focus, and organization skills are required; Influence skills



* Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team is required;



* Project management, and time management are required; Behavioral Based Interviewing training is highly desirable



* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required; Oferta de empleo Career oportunities and professional development
